How quickly does Anita respond to inquiries?

Accepted Answer

Same business day, usually within a few hours. If you book a call directly through the calendar link, you'll get a confirmation immediately and a reminder the day before.

Do you only work with sellers in Gig Harbor?

Anita is Gig Harbor–based and specializes here, but works throughout Pierce and Kitsap counties — Fox Island, Key Peninsula, Tacoma, Bainbridge, and the surrounding waterfront communities.

Can we meet in person before I commit?

Of course. Many sellers prefer an in-home consultation — Anita comes to you, walks the property, and gives you a written marketing recommendation. Buyers are welcome to meet over coffee downtown.

No. Some of the best-prepared sellers reach out 6–12 months ahead. That gives time for staging recommendations, smart pre-list improvements, and pricing strategy. Early conversations cost nothing and almost always pay off.
