My story
I became a real estate agent in 2016 after buying my own home — and walking away from that experience knowing it could have gone so much better. I felt rushed, under-informed, and like just another file on someone's desk. I promised myself that if I ever sat on the other side of the table, no one I worked with would ever feel that way.
That promise has shaped every transaction since. Over the last decade I've helped more than 200 families across the greater Gig Harbor area buy and sell homes — from first-time buyers stretching to make the numbers work, to longtime owners moving on to the next chapter. My focus has always been the same: honest answers, clear communication, and a process that treats the dream of homeownership as something worth fighting for.
What it's like to work with me
When you list a home with me, you get professional photography, a property-specific marketing plan, targeted social campaigns, and weekly seller updates so you always know where things stand. When you're buying, you get an agent who has walked these neighborhoods for years and will tell you the truth about a house — including when to walk away.
I track interest rates, inventory, and local market trends weekly, and I'd rather have a hard conversation early than a painful surprise at closing. My average list-to-sale price ratio is 98% — and that comes from pricing strategy and negotiation, not luck.
Outside of real estate
Family is everything to me. I'm a proud mom of eleven — four by birth, three through adoption, and four through foster care over the years. Raising a big, blended family taught me patience, advocacy, and how to keep a lot of moving pieces calm and on track — skills that show up in every transaction I run.
